A SUMMER TO REMEMBER IN THE USA UPDATED 1 MONTH. 4 DAYS AGO

This essay talks about a boy who studies at university. He tells that he began to work at Camp Kennybrook in 2006, during his second year of university. 

He never could imagine his job like this, but when he began, his thoughts changed. 

The boy says that this job is nice and you can always have fun. In this work, he knows a lot of people across the world. 

He also explains that in the staff all the people are fantastic.

WHAT'S YOUR ANIMAL PERSONALITY TIME?

OTTER:

In the test I am an otter because my letters are ESFP.

ESFPs live in the moment and want to experience life at 100 mph. They are incredibly playful, generous, and optimistic. They love being social and having new experiences. Classroom learning is not their strong suit even though they are intelligent and creative — they would prefer to simply “go with the flow” and have a great time.

OPINION

I think that this is true. In my opinion I'm like the otter. My personality is extroverted, funny and kind. This adjectives seemed to the test's adjectives. The only thing that I don't agree with this is: "Classroom learning is not their strong suit". In my opinion, I need to study a lot for get good marks.  Whenever I can, I go to some sites and I do diferents things. I love do new things and I don't like do it the same every day or every weekend. I also show my feelings and I can't think for do a strategy or a similiar thing. I always think with my heart.  I'm so social too; Whenever I can, I go with diferents types of friends and I love meet new people.

MY SELF EVALUATION

I did my oral presentation about Hawaii. I did it with Joana Gan and We have a 7.8.

For our presentation we use a power point with keywords and a lot of images and finally, we saw a video about Hawaii. The recourses are focused on the topic. We used this power point because we feel with more security. The time of the presentation was 9:20 more or less.

I tried to look at my classmates but it's so difficult! I don't read anything but sometimes I needed to look my notes for guide my ideas. I did a lot of movements but I don't know if it was the nerves or I did it to hold the attention of my audience. 

I organise my ideas about tmy opinion. I often used discourse markers but I think that I should to use more.

I explain a lot of information that I think that anybody of my English class know. In my opinion I used clear information but I think that I should to explain more curiosities and anecodtes and less information of the island. 

I like my pronuntiation but I failed in some words like climate, temperature discovered..I think that my voice's tone wasn't always be the same. I tried to do it with fluency. In my opinion this presnetation has been more better than the first.

DIFFERENCES: FRANKENSTEIN'S BOOK AND FRANKENSTEIN'S FILM

In the book Henry knows Victor since they were children and in the film they know each other at the university.

Elizabeth in the film is blonde and in return in the book she has brown hair.

However, Victor survives Elizabeth in the film, something that in the book we don't read.

Another difference is: in the book there are two brothers: William and Ernest. In the film there is only one.

Victor's father dies. In the film dies because the monster frightens him and in the book he dies of sadness.

Frankenstein's monster, in the film dies burned and in the book we don't know the end of the monster.

ARE SCIENTIFIC EXPERIMENTS HAVE A LIMIT?

Scientific experiments are used in the world of medicine and beauty products. For example scientific experiments find out if cosmetics products are good or bad and also if cures for illnesses can be discovered.

Scientific experiments began long time ago. Nevertheless, where is the limit?

On the one hand experiments are good. Nowadays a lot of scientists are studying cures for cancer, hepatitis or ohter illnesses that until now hasn't got a cure. Fortunately, the makority of people who have had illnesses like these, they can now get cured. Another positive thing is that shampoos, make up and other cosmetics have been tested before we put them on our head or face.

On the other hand some experiments are bad. Scientists try to be God but it is impossible. In some countries children's parents can decide if their son will be a girl or a boy, the eyes colour and other important things. This experiment is not natural.

Therefore, is it necessary?

In my opinion, scientific experiments must have limits. I think that scientist can't play with life's person or with animals only for stupid topics like beauty. 

Therefore, scientists should investigate only cures for illnesses or important things not for beauty and make up because thanks to beauty's experiments, have we got a better heart?

TEXT DESCRIPTION OF A PERSON

Her name is Rosó. She's 16 and she studies in IES Castelló d'Empúries with me. We have been best friends since we were 3.

Rosó likes listening to music, spending time with her friends and staying with Pinxu, her big dog.

Rosó is a bit short. She has long straight brown hair. Rosó has big brown eyes, a big nose and thin lips. She is an average girl more or less like me. Rosó ir fair-skinned.

She is introverted, shy and clever. Rosó is always polite, cheerful and generous. For me, she is the best person I've ever known in my life. Rosó always helps me with all the problems.

In my opinion, Rosó is a very good person and friend. I love staying with her because we always laugh together. I love her.

SUMMARY. INDIAN "SLAVE" CHILDREN FOUND MAKING LOW-COST CLOTHES DESTINED FOR GAP

Children, with 10 years work for GAP like slaves. These kids work too many hours in the worst conditions. 

GAP said that they didn't know this. It could be because a subcontrated factory. 

The children work in India in filthy places. For this reason, one part of the economy depens on children. GAP want to have a meeting to withdrew this breaches. 

This brand is very important for celebrities and for their followers.

People are deeply upset with this situation.

Professor Sheday Singh thinks that they use children to be more succesful than before.

TASKS - MY CLOTHES AND ME

Depending on the setting I wear one outfit or another. If I go to the high school I wear casual and comfortable clothes as sweatshirt, jeans and trainers. If I go to a party I wear classy clothes like dresses and skirts  and high-heeled shoes to look sexy. If I go to the gym always I wear leggings or tracksuit and a basic t-shirt to look sporty.

I don't like wear wide and black clothes.

I think that I am a fashion victim because I always buy the clothes are trendy.I usually buy in Pull and Bear, Stradivarius and Bershka.  I really like fashion but in my opinion each person have to wear the style that they want.

I interested in fashion because I like to be fashionable and wear fashion clothing.
In my opinion wear brands is a little important for only one reason. I think that brand clothes have more quality than the other clothes. I really like brands but I usually wear it in shoes.
I am not addicted to brands but I like some of these. For shoes I like Nike, Converse and New Balance. For clothes I like GAP and in some occasion adidas.
I don't have a particular style. I have my own style because I don't like rapper, bohemian and neither the classic styles.

Depending on the season I wear one clothing or another. In summer I always wear shorts, tank tight tops and sandals. In winter I wear jeans, sweaters and trainers or boots. In the other two seasons I wear the clothing aproppiate for the weather.

In my opinion my influence is Inditex. Amancio Ortega does that young people buy her clothes. I like a lot this clothes because is very cheap, it's fashion and I look very well.
